Cornell’s Adult University hosting 2020 election seminar

Cornell’s Adult University (CAU) is hosting free and pay-to-view live online seminars open to the public this fall, beginning with “The 2020 Presidential Election – an Online Seminar,” Oct. 30 and 31 and Nov. 7. Registration is open for all offerings at CAU, which is part of the School of Continuing Education and Summer Sessions.

Adult University goes virtual with free ‘education vacations’

For decades, Cornell’s Adult University (CAU) has hosted Cornell alumni, their families and friends on the Ithaca campus for faculty-led programs for adults and youth during the summer months. COVID-19 made these weeklong “education vacations” impossible this year.

A&S faculty offer Summer Session courses

Students can stay on track, get ahead or learn something new this summer during Cornell’s Summer Session, which will be held entirely online for the first time. Students can earn up to 15 credits by taking regular Cornell courses taught online by university faculty. Courses are offered in three-, six- and eight-week sessions between June 1 and Aug. 4.

Free events feature music, speakers, performing artists

The 2019 Free Summer Events Series at Cornell features a diverse lineup of local and international musicians, speakers and performers on campus every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from June 28 through Aug. 2. All events are at 7 p.m. and are open to the public.
